WHERE FRESH MEETS FIRE.
About Temujin
Temujin is stir-fry, your way.
Set in the heart of Sowerby Bridge, Temujin offers an exciting and unique dining experience built around fresh ingredients, bold flavours and the freedom to create your perfect stir-fry.
Choose from our selection of meats, seafood, vegetables, noodles, sauces and spices, then watch as your creation is cooked fresh for you. Whether you keep things simple or experiment with something completely different, no two visits have to be the same.
Our name comes from Temujin, the birth name of Genghis Khan, founder of the Mongol Empire. The inspiration behind the restaurant draws on tales of Mongol warriors cooking thinly sliced meats and vegetables over intense heat while travelling across their vast empire, a story that perfectly captures the fire, theatre and spirit behind Temujin.
Our Sowerby Bridge restaurant occupies the first floor of a beautifully regenerated Grade II listed warehouse, overlooking the narrowboats and historic canal basin. It provides one of the town’s most distinctive settings for lunch, dinner, celebrations and family meals.
Families are always welcome. We particularly love giving younger diners the opportunity to discover new flavours and try different meats, seafood and vegetables in a fun and relaxed environment.
Open for lunch and evening dining, Temujin is all about great food, great company and creating something that’s completely your own.
